Learn how to change the organization of System Preferences and hide Preference Panes on the Mac.

By default, your System Preferences are arranged by category. This can make finding a System Preference pane difficult to find as there is not an obvious visual cue on why Apple placed it where it is. You can make it easier to find Preference Panes by organizing or arranging them alphabetically. You can also hide Preference Panes you are not using. See how to organize and hide your System Preference Panes in this video for the Mac.
