How to Read Articles More Easily in Safari on the iPhone
Enhancing the Reading Experience in Safari
Safari offers tools that make reading articles online much easier and more enjoyable. These features help remove distractions, making it simpler to focus on the content. Whether saving articles for later or improving readability, Safari has built-in options that enhance the browsing experience.
Using the Reading List to Save Articles
Sometimes, an interesting article appears while browsing, but there isn’t enough time to read it right away. Instead of leaving multiple tabs open, Safari includes a feature called Reading List. This tool acts like a temporary bookmark, allowing articles to be saved and revisited later. Once an article is added to the Reading List, it can be accessed anytime without searching for it again.
Reader View for a Cleaner Look
Many websites display advertisements and other distractions alongside the main content. Safari’s Reader View helps by removing these elements, leaving only the article’s text and images. This creates a clean, easy-to-read page without unnecessary clutter. It not only improves focus but also makes reading more comfortable, especially for longer articles.
Activating Reader View in Safari
Reader View is simple to use. When a compatible webpage is open, an option appears in the address bar. Selecting this option instantly transforms the page, removing ads and reformatting the content for easier reading. If needed, the original page can be restored just as quickly.
A More Enjoyable Reading Experience
With the combination of the Reading List and Reader View, Safari provides a way to manage and enjoy articles more effectively. These tools make it easier to save content for later and read without distractions, creating a smoother and more comfortable experience while browsing the web.
