I am now even using my Mac more like an iPad by opening apps up in full screen. But the biggest thing may be that I am starting to recommend the iPad as a replacement to a Mac for people! With the Contacts app we can add birthdays and anniversary dates and then have those show in the Calendar app! I call this the Lobby where we can mingle and greet each other. This portion is not recorded.\nEvent: The event starts at the top of the hour. I will sometimes have about 5 minutes of who I am for new guests before I start on the meeting topic. I try to spend about an hour on the topic. Sometimes this can go a bit longer\, but my goal is to keep it an hour.\nAfterglow: This is more mingling time after the meeting where we can cover different topics.
